However, If Due To Some Unforeseen Situation, You Require The Return Of The Product Then The Following Terms Apply For A Mutually Consented Return.

 

 

  1. If You Want To Exchange A Product You Have To Mail Us On support@ibisfab.com Within 24 hr Customer Needs To Raise Request For Exchange After 7 Days Customer Are Not Eligible For Any Type Of Exchange.
  2. In Case If You Received A Defective Product From Our Side Than We Will Give You Exchange. T&C Applied
    If You Received A Defective Product From Our Side For Claim You Must Send a Pre-Opening Video Within 24 Hours If Your Not Able To Provide Pre-opening Video of Wrong Product/Parcel, We Can Not Pass Your Claim For Wrong Product.
  3. From The Day You Receiving The Package. We, Will, Validate Your exchange Request, Only After We Authorize It.
  4. We Don’t Offer Any Type Of Refund. We Can Only Exchange The Product.
  5. You Have To Agree To Our Return Policy Before You Purchase Any Product From Our Store.
  6. Shipping and COD charges Are Non-refundable.
  7. For the Designer Section, we do not have a return, Exchange, or Refund Policy.
  8. If you want to return the order, we can deduct 500 INR ( Operation charges + shipping charges) which is not Refundable.


What Is Exchange

Ans. We Can Exchange Product With Same Amount Or Deference Amount Product (Deference Amount Will Pay By Customer If Customer Choose Less Amount Product We Can Settle Remaining Amount From Our Side As Well). ONLY ONE TIME EXCHANGE IS POSSIBLE. 

Note- We Do Not Offer Any Type Of Reverse Pickup Service From Our Side In Both Case You Have To Courier Parcel At Our Warehouse Address. Courier Charges Needs To Be Paid By Customers.(An additional amount of ₹200 is to be paid for the exchange process)

KINDLY MENTION YOUR ORDER ID ON PARCEL.

* The Product Should Have The Original Packaging And Tags In Place. Items without The Original Tags Will Not Be Accepted.

* Sarees With Fall And Edging Would Not Be Accepted For Return Or Exchange.

* Customised Products Cannot Be Returned Or Exchanged

* Products Bought During Sale Or If You Use Any Kind Of Coupon Or Discount Code Of Offer Are Non-Returnable, Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable.

Once We Received Your Product At Our Warehouse Your Product Will Be Sent For ( Qc ) Quality Check After Verifying Your Parcel From Our Side We Will Process Your Request As Well .

PRODUCT RETURN  AND REPLACEMENT NOT ACCEPT UNDER FOLLOWING RULES :-

  • Product is washed/damaged/worn
  • Part of missing delivered full product 
  • Products must be in their original condition
  • Products which were sold as combos/sets, are not eligible for return/replacement as individual items
  • If, according to your opinion you don't like the product, this return reason is not acceptable
  • Replacements will be made basis availability of that product on the website
  • In case of damaged from your side, this product is non-refundable
